Vivacity

These are some photos from Vivo City. For all of you who don't know where it is, it is located on the Harbour Front precinct and it is considered the largest shopping mall in Singapore. It was designed by a Japanese architect Toyo Ito. The name itself derived from the word vivacity, meaning the quality of being attractively lively. The design of this building emits a modern essence in a way that could let customers vitalized.Toyo Ito surely does it well. He is a conceptual architect who seeks to simultaneously express the physical and virtual worlds. He is a leading exponent of architecture that addresses the contemporary notion of a "simulated" city, and has been called "one of the world's most innovative and influential architects.
